Halo Automation

About

We started this because HVAC owners deserve better than "set it up yourself."

The tools to automate missed calls, follow up on estimates, and reduce no-shows have existed for years. The problem is nobody ever sat down with an HVAC owner and actually installed them. That's what we do.

Halo Automation is based in Asbury Park, New Jersey. We work exclusively with small and mid-size HVAC companies — the contractors running anywhere from two trucks to twenty-five who are doing real volume but haven't had anyone sit down and plug the leaks.

Most owners we talk to are working long weeks and already know what's broken. They know calls go to voicemail. They know estimates sit unanswered. They know the dispatcher could route better. The problem isn't awareness — it's that fixing it takes time they don't have, and the tools aren't intuitive if you didn't build them for HVAC.

We've built the same systems for enough shops that setup is fast, and we know exactly which configurations actually work with Jobber, HouseCall Pro, ServiceTitan, and FieldEdge. We charge a flat monthly fee — no hourly billing, no vague retainers. And we put the goals in writing before we start.

If the work doesn't pay for itself in the first 90 days, we give back the setup fee. That's not a marketing line — it's in every contract.

What we believe

We only work with HVAC.

A contractor who's installed AI answering on Jobber thirty times will always do it better than a generalist. We stay in our lane on purpose.

Numbers first, always.

Every job starts by writing down what success looks like in plain numbers — calls answered, no-shows cut, estimates closed. We check those at 30 and 90 days.

You shouldn't have to touch it.

You won't be asked to log into anything, configure anything, or manage anything. We build it, we run it, we fix it when it breaks.
